Sales Professional
The mission of the Sales Professional is to work opportunities from the beginning of the sales process all the way through delivery. The Sales Professional is to maximize and support 100% of all inbound and outbound communication platforms, prospecting, and drive customer traffic, while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. By his/her impression, the image of the dealership is portrayed, and managing the technology of the customer management tools (CRM). Set appointments and drive showroom traffic while managing time effectively. Work daily call logs and email effective communication within the CRM solution. Keep all follow up done daily and placing notes in CRM. Use CRM to assist you with overall follow up. Be a Brand Champion (Ford Certified).

o Strong management support in a team environment to help you grow your business,
increase your product knowledge and help you succeed. • Measure and
report all lead activity to the Sales Manager results including: • Initial
email response. • Personalized emails. • Initial phone call to set
appointments. • Confirm appointments to drive your show rate. • Demonstrate
virtual vehicles at dealership. • Unsold follow up of prospects who do not buy.
• Follow up for people who did not show for appointments. • Sold follow up for
customers who buy. • Referrals and household prospecting. • Ongoing customer
contact to promote loyalty and retention.
o Selected training and/or events with the manufacturer/vendors. Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
o Review, understand, and drive positive review and social media
engagement within the dealerships company managed profiles.
o Be on time to work and ready to perform. Be a strong example to other sales
associates.

Typical job duties include:
Oil changes
Vehicle inspection
Tire rotation/repair/replacement
Fluid Flush/exchanges
Battery replacement
Filter replacement
Wiper blades
Light bulbs
Other light/general maintenance
This is a full time position with a 4/10 work schedule, working every Saturday with Sunday off and 2 days during the week off. Must have your own tools, a clean driving record and a minimum of a high school education.

Service Porter
Bob Allen Ford in Overland Park KS is looking for a self motivated and energetic individual to join our service team.
The primary duties of the service porter position is to move and relocate vehicles on the lot, but will also require the individual to be able to preform light shop maintenance including clean up, running an automatic floor machine and hauling/disposing of shop refuse.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week with one day being on Saturday. Applicant must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. We offer full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, vacation and PTO.
