This is my third purchase from Bob Allen, having purchased a 1988 Mustang GT and a 2001 Mustang SVT. Each time I walk away from the Bob Allen experience trying to figure out how they could possibly improve over the previous visit. However, I am pleased to say, they keep on improving. Prior to my purchase of a 2005 Escape in April of 2004, I "shopped around" at various dealerships. I was referred to your dealership by a co-worker. I was very satisfied with Ray's assistance and purchased the vehicle within hours of walking in the door. When I made my recent purchase, I did not "shop around".
